President

What is your favorite quote?
“Nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Not sure who originally said but it was a favorite of my mother.

Where is your happy place?
Anywhere my family is.

If you could meet anyone (dead or alive) who would it be and why?
Jesus Christ. Would love to have a personal conversation with him.

What makes you tick, what makes you get out of bed everyday?
Every day is an adventure. Sometimes I’m ready. Sometimes not. Just being in the mix is enough to satisfy me. I always try to do my best and learn. At the “end of the day” that’s all you can do.

What is your favorite word or phrase?
Control the controllable. We spend so much time trying to fix things we have no control over. How much is spent on prescriptions to help us deal with this?

What song is stuck in the back of your head right… now?
I was afraid of that…I got the moves like Jagger. You have to admit, it is catchy.

If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates?
“Well done, good and faithful servant”. And right after that point me in the direction of the Italian Deli section.

How many licks does it take to get to the middle of a tootsie pop?
I’ve never licked a tootsie pop all the way. The moment the crust weakens, the teeth take over.

If you could speak to one type of animal, what would it be?
A dolphin. They are the coolest animals. They’re fast, sleek and playful. I want to know how they seemingly keep their playful spirit 24/7. Plus, I used to watch Flipper as a kid. I know dolphins.

What is something that not a lot of people know about you but you WISH more people COULD know?
My high school counselor never thought I’d get into college, let alone finish and go to graduate school. Don’t put too much stake in the wisdom of counselors. And, never tell anybody they can’t do something.
